Kasdeya(Aramaic: כוכבאל, Ancient Greek: χωβαβιήλ), or known as Tamiel, considered the 'angel of the stars', is a fallen angel, the fourth mentioned of the 20 Watcher leaders of the 200 fallen angels in the Book of Enoch. His name is generally translated as "star of God" which is fitting since it has been said that Kasdeya taught astrology to his associates.
Kasdeya – He is a demon an old demon who appears young, and he specializes in poisons.
He had started the war in heaven, who helped deceive other angels into coming to earth and copulating with human females and create the Nephilim. He taught man astronomy, and all the wicked strikes of spirits, demons, abortion, and the bites of serpents.
He is Known as the 'Fifth Satan' check link below
His name is usually translated as "perfection of God" (the combination of tamiym and El-God) but Tamiel is also called either Kasdaye (also Kasdeja, from Aramaic כַּשְׂדָּי kaśdāy—"Chaldean", "inhabitant of Chaldea", "astrologer") or Kasyade (prob. compd. of כָּסָה kasah—"to conceal" + יָד yad—"hand", "power"; lit. "covered hand", "hidden power") in the Book of Enoch, Chapter 69.
Tamiel was attributed as a teacher of astronomy (Enoch 8:7). He also taught "the children of men all of the wicked strikes of spirits, [the strikes of] demons, and the strikes of the embryo in the womb so that it may pass away (abortion), and [the strikes of the soul], the bites of the serpent, and the strikes which befall through the noontide heat, [which is called] the son of the serpent named Taba'et (meaning male)" during the days of Noah, not the days of Jared.
7 Then a war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels had to fight a war with the serpent. The serpent and its angels fought. 8 But it was not strong enough, and there was no longer any place for them in heaven. 9 The huge serpent was thrown down. That ancient snake, named Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world, was thrown down to earth. Its angels were thrown down with it.
10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying,
“Now the salvation, power, kingdom of our God,
and the authority of his Messiah have come.
The one accusing our brothers and sisters,
the one accusing them day and night in the presence of our God,
has been thrown out.
11 They won the victory over him because of the blood of the lamb
and the word of their testimony.
They didn’t love their life so much that they refused to give it up.
12 Be glad for this reason, heavens and those who live in them.
How horrible it is for the earth and the sea
because the Devil has come down to them with fierce anger,
knowing that he has little time left.”
13 When the serpent saw that it had been thrown down to earth, it persecuted the woman who had given birth to the boy.
6 And I remind you of the angels who did not stay within the limits of authority God gave them but left the place where they belonged. God has kept them securely chained in prisons of darkness, waiting for the great day of judgment.
4 God didn’t spare angels who sinned. He threw them into hell, where he has secured them with chains of darkness and is holding them for judgment.
