Blessings New Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers( Platinum Eagles), a new leader has a great opportunity to begin a ministry positively. Conversely, the first six months can also be the eventual downfall of a leader, if the steps are not taking wisely. I have  spoken with hundreds of leaders around the United States,; many of them have shared with me their keys to early successes. I want to share some with you that will help any new pastor, if you walk with faith, action, and guidance by God and whoever God gives you for counsel and overseer-or-another Leader who have been in ministry before you that you can trust.

  1. Spend significant time in the Word for your sermons. All preaching is important, but your first few sermons are critical. That’s where most people will hear and see you. And that’s where many first impressions are formed, healing, freedom, breakthroughs, prophetic flow, and apostolic manifestations.
  2. Listen. Take time to listen to the stories and concerns of the people you counsel, lead, or minister too. Unless you must speak, allow them uninterrupted time to share with you. As a consequence, you will learn much about the people, and you will be able to hear God more clearly for wisdom in giving them a word from the Lord. Then you will win the trust of those to whom you have spoken with.
  3. Be visible. I know. I just said to spend significant time in the Word. It’s hard to do that if you are constantly visible. As I indicated, you should be prepared for some long workweeks your first 60 days, of being a leader because you need to be in the face of God. Moses was on the mountain for 40 days, Elijah was on the mountain as well for 40 days. Jesus was also in the face of God, and it allow him to be prepared for his ministry, and to be strong enough to defeat satan
  4. Be accessible. Again, you can overdo it here. You need time to carry out the other steps. But early in your ministry you should not be hidden away however, you need to be accessible as well, just in case the people you minister too, need you for anything.
  5. Build a Strategy, Plan and action outline, and ask God for direction on which way he want you to go concerning you being a leader in the five-fold ministry. Write down, type, and learn all you can about which way you want to go in working and assisting in the Kingdom of God. What you you write down become visible in your spirit and will manifest.
  6. Go into the community. Make a statement to the local churches and leaders and the community that you are doing a new thing, and that you are determined to serve and love the community where your feet is planted. Eat in local restaurants, and watch God allow you to minister in descent and in order of course. However, he will allow you to meet people everywhere. Join a group or see can you assist in the schools, teen mom clubs, nursing homes, hospital, abuse women shelters, homeless shelters, or go meet some of the community leaders, and tell them what God give you to help their ministries. We are here to serve, and the people are dying in the church and in all these places that is named above. Because all you have learned in school need to be shared and spread all over the globe.
  7. Express your enthusiasm and excitement about being a leader. If you don’t have enthusiasm or excitement about being a leader think about it this way, no one else will be excited for you.Tell everyone about the goodness of the Lord and all he have done for you being ordained. Share your experience about going to school and how being ordained feel. Let the members know how excited and honored you are to serve them as a servant, child, and leader of Christ.
  8. Don’t speak badly about your previous church. If you start speaking negatively about your former church, many people who are not saved will assume you will do the same to them, and they will not be able to trust you, or share  any information with you. There is nothing to gain in negative talk, be slow to speak and quick to listen.
  9. Walk in Love, above everything else you must love what you are doing. Love what you stand for, and most of all have genuine love for the children of God.

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 New Living Translation (NLT)

    Love Is the Greatest

13 If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn’t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. If I had the gift of prophecy, and if I understood all of God’s secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn’t love others, I would be nothing. If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn’t love others, I would have gained nothing. Be bless Platinum Eagles and may this nugget help empower you the more in your new journey as leaders in God. This is real good and thank you for this because I want to be effective and this is I would call time sensitive to be effective and not allow the enemy to try and trip us up if we do these steps you gave us

this is so true we must love one another....

My God, thank you for those powerful words, especially not to talk negatively about others and to always walk in love. All of these are lessons we should learn and use. If we do not spend time with God, listen, slow to speak, be an enthusiastic servant of the Lord, we will turn people off and lose those souls who need to see the light and be set free. My God, I am going to read this list daily. Amen!

To God by the Glory in the Body of Christ Jesus. For all the things he has done. I enjoy this awesome information concerning a leader. To be a successful in leadership. We come this far by faith leaning on the Lord.  Peace, Love, Blessings.
