Prophetess Dr. Leslie E. Brown is a native of Salters, South Carolina. She is the mother of two wonderful children. Dr. Brown is also the daughter of the late Leon Alphonso Evans and Hester Evans Gasque of Trio, South Carolina. She attended D.P. Cooper Elementary School in Salters, South Carolina and C. E. Murray High School in Greevleyville, South Carolina.
Dr. Brown wears many hats. She is an educator, speaker, prophetess, author and mompreneur. She holds three degrees: a Bachelor in English from South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, South Carolina, a Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction Literacy from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and a Doctorate in Education Leadership-Higher Education from Argosy University in Sarasota, Florida. She has served as a secondary English/reading public school teacher in Florence County 4 and Williamsburg County School Districts. Furthermore, Dr. Brown has taught at various colleges and universities on-ground and online. She’s an educator at heart. Her first book The Thorns Within… can be found in major online retail stores such as: Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Author House just to name a few.
Dr. Brown currently resides in Columbia, South Carolina where she currently attends Righteousness of God International Ministries in West Columbia, South Carolina. At RGIM, she frequently teaches the word upon request and gives prophetic words of encouragement under the leadership of Pastor Charlie Kimpson and Prophetess Valerie Gates-Kimpson.
Dr. Brown is a sought after speaker. She can be found speaking at various faith-based organizations, schools, nonprofit agencies and on social media. Her mantra comes from Romans 8:31, which says, “If God be for us, who can come against us.”
