May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. What this is saying god wants us to be like this all the time everyday all day. So we need to come humble to him and his people that who dont know him if we come direct attitude trying to tell the people that god want them to know what he said about them they are not going to take u seriously.
