What are pastors’ responsibilities with regard to prophetic ministry in the church?
a. Pastors should expose their church to proven prophetic ministries and literature.
b. Pastors are to maintain order by setting guidelines for prophecy in services, responding to accurate prophecies and judging, publicly or privately, inaccurate or presumptuous prophecies.
c. Pastors are to mentor budding prophets by rejoicing with them in their triumphs, standing with them in their failures and correcting them in love when necessary.
d. Nevertheless, oftentimes, pastors are not trained in prophetic ministry and require assistance.
