Prayer For Breakthrough

Prayer For Breakthrough

“Breakthrough Oh Lord, so that I may break forth”

Yahweh Perazim ”

(The Lord of Breakthrough –II Samuel 5:20)

So David went to Baal Perazim, and there he defeated them. He said, "As waters break out, the LORD has broken out against my enemies before me……………… (II Samuel 5:20)

PRAYER FOR BREAKTHROUGH©

As we enter a new season, Lord I ask you to permit the power of the Holy Ghost to “breakthrough” and to break up any type of residue that is still attempting to linger in my spirit; any lingering mindset that will prevent your power from having its full range in my spirit. Yahweh Perazim, I summit my will to you now, and request that you break through it.  Burst forth as the waters through an overly stretched dam.  Break forth with your explosive, uncontainable power.

As you broke through and rescued David from his enemies, breakthrough the plans and devices that my enemy, the master deceiver, has concocted for my demise and destruction.   Break through every shackle that is still attached to my feet, thus attempting to prevent me from being in my “appointed places” at the correct times. Break through the thorns and thistles in the realm of spirit, which produce the “snags” that permit me to misuse or waste valuable time.  Break through unhealthy, nonproductive relationships.  Break through every barrier and “smoke screen” that is hindering and blocking my vision - still preventing me from aggressively and confidently advancing.  Break through every negative spirit that the traditions of man have instilled in me, which are hindering the effectiveness of my warfare on a daily basis.  Yahweh Perazim, search my entire being, layer by layer.  Whatever concepts, precepts, ideologies, methodologies and the like, that are contrary to yours – break them up, move them out, replace them with your wisdom, knowledge and understanding.

And now Yahweh Perazim, as you break through, may I daily begin to perceive and receive the results and operate in the freedom which is being produced from my enhanced position of power and authority.  May I begin to break forth into one who is: feared, detested, hated, envied and begrudged by the kingdom of darkness.  Now, I have been freed.  Now, I AM free… , to be moldable clay in your hands.  As you use me mightily, may I always remain cognizant and grateful to you, Yahweh Perazim - for your prodigious “break -through” anointing.  May I never become arrogant, conceited or heady – only more confident as I walk and rest in the freedom that only you have the ability to provide.

…..And it is so!

Love That Produces a Servant

Love That Produces a Servant

“Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.  If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet.”  John 13:13 & 14

We must always bear in mind that everything that Christ exampled was motivated from the platform of a heart that generated unconditional love.  He was attempting to show us that it matters not what the task; if love (I Corinthians 13) is present; then that love will override any other emotion that we may experience.

A true servant has a heart of unconditional love for their master.   Therefore, they place no limitations on the duties that they graciously will perform – for their master.

When Jesus washed His disciple’s feet; He was mirroring to them a display of His unconditional love for them – which produced the ability to become a servant.

Far too often when we read this narrative; we focus on doing the work of a servant.  However, we must also realize that doing the work of a servant, which is not motivated from a heart of love, is simply fulfilling a responsibility and not showing an act of compassion.   God’s desire for us is that we are so filled with His love; that whatever task we must undertake, we will be motivated from a heart of that type of love.    He desires that His love has so renewed our thought patterns; that our thoughts have now produced the mentality of a true servant.

A true servant must possess the ability to:

S – Sacrifice ; Philippians 3:7-8 ESV  “But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake    of Christ. Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ.”

EEncourage (others):  1 Thessalonians 5:11 ESV

“Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.”

R be Reliable : 1 Corinthians 15:58 ESV

“Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.”

V – be Vigilant: Ephesians 6:10-18 ESV

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,….”

A -  be Alert: 1 Peter 5:8 ESV

“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.”

N - Never Give Up: Galatians 6:9 ESV                                                                                     “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.”

T – be Trustworthy: 1 Corinthians 4:2 ESV

“Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found trustworthy.”

So to recap….a true servant has received that degree of unconditional love that has now produced within them the mentality of: Sacrifice, Encouragement, Reliability, Vigilance, Alertness, and Trustworthiness.  Above all a true servant will have a gift of endurance….. which will enable them to …Never Give Up  anything!

Are your expressions of servanthood motivated from the platform of responsibility or compassion?

To do the work of a servant is commendable.

However, to have the heart of a servant is exceptional and requires a renewed mindset!  Remember man sees WHAT we do….but God knows WHY we are doing it.

Her Tears, Her Hair, Her Kiss

Her Tears, Her Hair, Her Kiss

“….. And stood at his feet behind him weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment.”

                                                                                                                       Luke 7:38

When we refer to the story in Luke 7:38, our focus is usually drawn to the alabaster box and the oil therein.  However, today (Because we do things differently), we will briefly draw our attention to a few other key factors.

Most aren’t sure WHO this “nameless” woman (Mary) was in the story – however, we all know WHAT she did.  This brings us to our first point.  Strive to be motivated from a pure heart of submission and gratitude.  Then your WORKS will make a perpetual impact for generations to come.  “Who” you are may be forgotten – but “What” you do will leave an indelible imprint in the sands of time.

Her Tears –When we seek to understand the shedding of tears, we could embark upon an in-depth study.  However, tears are often synonymous with brokenness and extreme gratefulness.  Such was the state of the woman in our story.

Her Hair - In Biblical days, the women of this culture took great pride in their hair and would often create and arrange it into various styles.   They exhibited a great deal of maintenance into it and definitely regarded it as their glory.

Now let’s think about “The Kiss”.  Her kiss. Her final expression of submission, compassion, adoration, gratitude and closure.

The washing of Jesus’ feet, although symbolic in nature; examples to us an array of expressions which can greatly enhance our relationship with the Lord.  The three main examples for today are:

  1. We must approach the Lord in a state of brokenness, submission and repentance.
  2. Nothing that belongs to me, nothing that I possess, should I withhold from the Lord.  Whatever I take pride in, whatever I glory in, should willingly be used for Him.
  3.  My mouth must remain at the feet of Jesus.  Whatever I kiss (place my stamp of approval on) must come into an alignment with the walk of Christ.  My kiss must not be one of betrayal….but a signal or an expression which has been motivated by an inward conviction and now resonate from a heart of submission.

Therefore, because of my internal brokenness, and because I’ve surrendered my dearest possession to the Lord, He will receive what I affirm with my mouth.

The tears, the hair, the kiss.  God is requiring that we are broken to the extent that we produce tears; That we will withhold nothing that we deem precious from Him and that we will only apply the symbol of extreme love, humility and gratitude from a heart of a servant.

So…. when I humbly bow; when I’ve kissed the feet of Jesus, I am now positioned to be totally used of Him to make that endtime, undeniable, unforgettable impact…..  The type of impact that will cause an elevation in the level of my faith and produce the miracles, signs and wonders which will get the attention of the saved, unsaved and the unchurched!

(On another note: We always remember that Jesus washed the feet of His disciples – but we must also remember that He permitted His feet to be washed as well!)

It's Been Revealed

It’s Been Revealed

“But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.” I Corinthians 2:10

We are now in the “season” when it is imperative that we push pass our previous limitations, boundaries and the mindsets which had been established in us by those whose knowledge and experiences with God were “shallow”.  We must not continue to “pour the new wine” into “old wine skins”.   Simply because we are operating from a different plateau and a new dimension; we must continually seek the face of God, to be able to operate in the wisdom of God.

One prime example can be illustrated as we read our key verse for today.  Most people can accurately quote the preceding verse, verse 9 (“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”); and they have stopped at that verse for years.  However, if we just advance to the very next verse, we will view the entire concept from a different perspective.

God wants us to always remain cognitive of the fact that we must not rely on our own wisdom (the wisdom of man) – but walk fully confident and aware of who He truly is (His wisdom).  He has revealed to each of us His intents, concepts and precepts – but only according to the level of our maturity in Him.  His desire is to unfold to us daily new revelations of Himself; as well as new strategies – end-time strategies….. but are you positioned to receive?  Are you still drinking milk when you should be able to tolerate a solid food?  Or as Hebrews 5:12 states, “In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God's word all over again. You need milk, not solid food!” (NIV)

The door is now open, and access has been granted.   What cannot be seen or imagined in the physical realm – has been revealed and can be observed in the realm of the spirit.  The sky isn’t the limit – for in this season… there is no limit to what God will do for YOU.  Recondition or reprogram your mind to accept that fact – there is not limit!  There is also an open portal. A portal being an opening in the realm of the spirit; which permits access from one realm into another.  Therefore, we are now privy to God’s favor in a fashion that we have not previously known!  Hallelujah!!  However there is a key factor that must be used.  The key in this season is to not cancel or sabotage your own destiny by the WORDS that you are speaking!  Ask God to daily renew your mind with end-time concepts and precepts….end-time strategies and end-time wisdom.  Then, as your mind is renewed; your vocabulary will reveal the same.

In this season….. we must remember that the stage has been set.  “Revelation” has been made available to us, and has laid the foundation…… therefore, it’s time for “Manifestation” to erect her pillar and to take the center stage!

“Glory to God, who is able to do far beyond all that we could ask or imagine by his power at work within us;”   Ephesians 3:20 (CEB)

Giants DO Fall.....

Giants DO Fall…..But That’s Only Phase One!

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.”  Ephesians 6:12 ESV

Sometimes we get so excited when we have made an accomplishment or gained a victory in the realm that we forget to return to “tie up” the remaining loose ends.

REMEMBER: Nothing in life is unconquerable. Romans 8:37 reminds us of this.  God’s love for us assures us of the fact that we are more than conquerors.  Now…. To be more than a conqueror means that I have the assurance, that there isn’t any circumstance which will arise, where I don’t have the power to be victorious!  To be more than a conqueror means that I have learned that every challenge is a challenge because I view it from that perspective.

Therefore, my mind must be renewed to the extent that I have learned to rest in the loving arms of God – REGARLESS!  Without any reservation, I must always remember and know that I can’t be defeated… simply because every battle has already been won. Therefore, every giant that is now attempting to raise its head in my life….WILL fall.

Usually the difficulty arises after we’ve stood in faith and caused our “giants” to fall.  After we’ve received major victories and breakthroughs; after we’ve been the recipient of accolades – now is when we must remember….that was only phase one.   In other words; after that giant of sickness has been slain and I’ve been healed; how do I maintain my healing?  After the giant of debt has been slain – how do I maintain my debt free status?  After I’ve been elevated to another position or received a promotion – how do I prevent that giant of anxiety or fear from surfacing?   Whatever my giant is – after it has been slain – I must realize that the journey has just begun.

How do we maintain our “giant free” status?  When we refer to the story of David and Goliath we can observe that David didn’t stop by just killing the giant.  He cut of his head as a sign.  So - How do I “cut off the head” of my giant?  In other words, how can I make a “statement”… a sign of the victory that my giant is defeated and won’t return?   What must I now do to retain all that I’ve accomplished?

Here are some suggestions:

  1. By establishing…. even prior to its defeat, a strategy that will prevent that giant from the ability of re-gaining access in the future.
  2. Making vital amendments to my thinking by: altering the material that I’m reading, watching and listening to…. And most of all the people who are in my immediate circle.
  3. Stay alert in the realm of the Spirit (sharpen your discernment).  Speak faith-filled words (no self-sabotage).  Stand on the Word of God – without respect to what you SEE in the natural (Find a scripture to substantiate or validate your deliverance and quote it throughout the day).
  4. Be transparent.  Never permit the spirit of pride to prevent you from asking for the assistance of one who is mature in the Lord to agree with you.  We are not to become “co-dependent” on any person; however know when to cry for help!

Remember EVERY giant will fall…but when it falls… their big brother is waiting for an opportunity of revenge and looking for every open door or unsecured window!

“Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.” Matthew 12:45

Invisible Scars

Invisible Scars

Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.”                II Corinthians 1:3&4

When we usually refer to scars, our minds tend to envision some type of mark on the surface of our skin which has resulted from an injury.  Scars can also occur as the result of: surgical procedures, burns, acne and from some diseases (like chickenpox).  Whatever had initiated the problem, the fact still remains that there was an abnormal break in or trauma to the skin; which then healed improperly and now a scar has formed.

We all bear scars.  However, some of the scars that we have “earned” can’t be seen.   There are those which have resulted from injuries which have occurred to and affected our hearts and our minds.  Invisible scars.  When we have scars on our skin, we can see them and usually remember  how or why they occurred.  Then that remembrance can  assist us in understanding why we respond the way that we do to certain stimuli or in certain situations.  However, when we have invisible scars; in many instances, we aren’t even aware of the fact that they exist.

Scars are constant reminders of yesterday.   Yet, if I can’t “see” the scars, (and I don’t know how to spiritually discern and analyze them) I may not understand my reactions in certain situations.

No one can bear a scar from an incident that has not yet transpired. Therefore, my scars are those connectors to my past.  My scars reveal areas where the skin was once sensitive and pain once occurred.  Some scars are permanent.  Yet, when the skin under the scar has healed – there is no more pain in that area.  Although the scar may remain – the pain is gone.

So it must be with our invisible scars.  Many incidents may have left permanent scars on our minds and in our hearts.  However, we must allow the Holy Spirit to bring healing to our total being – body, mind and spirit.  We can no longer allow our past hurts, failures, disappoints, etc. to remain “open sores”  and unhealed wounds in our lives.  We may not have any control over the healing process that occurs in and on our skin.  However, we do have the ability to advance or delay the healing process of our inner being…. In the realm of the spirit.

Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you any areas where your invisible scars haven’t completely healed and remain to be like an “oozing wound”; preventing you from progressing; and keeping you negatively or unproductively connected to our past.

Invisible scars, once healed can and should be used as victory banners to wave to others – proclaiming the faithfulness of the Lord.  They will also be reminders to us of God’s power to bring healing to those areas which at one time only yielded total despair and devastation.  Invisible Scars may remain.  The remembrance of them may or may not dissipate. HOWEVER….. the pain that is associated with them; that once held me captive… MUST subside….and vanish!

“All praise to the God and Father of our Master, Jesus the Messiah! Father of all mercy! God of all healing counsel! He comes alongside us when we go through hard times, and before you know it, he brings us alongside someone else who is going through hard times so that we can be there for that person just as God was there for us. We have plenty of hard times that come from following the Messiah, but no more so than the good times of his healing comfort—we get a full measure of that, too.”  II Corinthians 1:3-5 (The Message Bible)

My Ultimate Comforter in Every Storm

My Ultimate Comforter in Every Storm

 “Jehovah El Ha-Melitz

…….My Lord, My God, My Comforter

(The Lord God my Comforter - Isaiah 51:12A)

"I, even I, am the one who comforts you. Isaiah 51:12A

Read Isaiah 40:1-11

Storms don’t come to last…they come and pass.

Therefore, Oh Lord, may I always retain my focus – regardless.  May I never permit tragedies, nor the abrupt and sudden onset or alteration of situations; to overtake, nor to overwhelm my mind.  May I always find the comfort and peace that I need, in my assurance and knowledge of who you are.

Father, may I always remain cognizant of the fact that every storm you permit me to encounter has a purpose.   You have fore warned me that in this world I will have trouble, trials, and tribulations – “storms”.  However, you have also taught me to be of good cheer because You have overcome the world and all of its adverse conditions.  Therefore, since You have successfully conquered all that this world has presented to You – I can take comfort in the fact that; through the indwelling power of the Holy Ghost, I also am an overcomer.

Lord, You have equipped us with the ability to remember the wisdom and Godly principles which were taught to us by many of our loved ones who are now with You. When I reflect, I can remember hearing the saying that the darkest hour is just before dawn.  So Lord, may I always take comfort in knowing that the sun WILL always appear again.  May I perpetually find comfort in you, Jehovah El Ha-Melitz .  May I stand in the midst of every storm and still yet declare that You are Lord. May the spirit of fear never be fueled by anything that may arise in my life; any action or any adverse words which have been released from my mouth……… because You are my ultimate comforter.

May I remember that You have orchestrated the timing and the nature of every storm in my life.  May I trust and cling to Your immutable anchor.  May I never cease to find solace in the guidance of Your omniscient and omnipotent eye.

You ARE my Jehovah El Ha-Melitz –, My LORD, My GOD, My KING,…… My COMFORTER!  Hallelujah!

It's A Control Issue

It’s A Control Issue

“…But He endured the cross” Hebrews 12:2

In a previous post, I briefly mentioned a powerful trio that I stated we would see again.  I’ve discovered that the implementation of this trio is one of the keys that will unlock the door to success in every arena.  The three words in question which compose the trio are: Patience, Focus and Endurance. I would like to encourage you to research these words, apply their meanings to your everyday life, and you will observe a vast difference.

One of the areas where a number of people need the most developing is patience.  We have a tendency to stand beside a microwave and become disturbed that it’s taking too long!  I would even dare to say that most of the adversities that we have encountered have been because we have attempted to advance at the incorrect time.  We became like Sarah and Abraham (Genesis 16)….and produced an Ismael!    Patience = Trust.  The display of patience (or the lack of it) is an outward indication of our inward countenance.  Who’s really in control?  If the correct person is in control – we can as David did wait on the Lord (Psalm 40:1).

However, as I wait – I must not lose sight of where I’m going.  Regardless of any detour signs, apparent road blocks, potholes, and bumps along the way – I must stay focused!  I must remember that all of these have been assigned to me because the enemy is trying to distract me….and God is attempting to advance me to my next place.  However, if I can’t maintain my focus now – why should I be given more?  Who’s really in control?..... My ability to remain focused in the midst of chaos will tell the story!  (Philippians 3:14)

Endurance! The word alone informs me that I’m going to meet opposition. My ability to reach my goal is contingent upon my ability to remember that I’m not running a “50 yard dash”!  I must learn to “pace” myself, not become overwhelmed and never quit. Our race is long, our journey through high mountains, and low terrains.  Alone – but not lonely.  Difficult but not impossible.  Who’s really in control?  Your ability to endure – as a good soldier – will reveal the answer. (II Timothy 2:3)

These three words when properly applied, will allow us to be anchored in, and to discover God’s true design for our lives.  The strength of my durability (endurance) relies on my ability to not become frustrated (patience) and to keep my eye on my God’s appointed destination (focus) for me.

So, it’s truly a control issue.  How did Christ endure all that He encountered?  It was because He KNEW that His Father was really in control of His life and that the outcome of every situation would bring Jesus Father glory (Romans 8:28).

Who is really governing the control center of your mind as you make the decisions concerning your daily life? Do you…without a shadow of a doubt even KNOW who’s really in control of your life?

As the saying states; “Actions speak louder than words.”  Again I ask the question;
Who is really controlling your life?”………..Your reactions during your next seemingly impossible situation, your reactions when faced adversity, your reactions when: betrayed, falsely accused, or ridiculed, your ability to remain patient, to focus and to endure….  will reveal the truth!

The Forever Stamp

The Forever Stamp

‘For I am the Lord, I change not……” Malachi 3:6

Here in the United States we have a postage stamp called the “Forever Stamp”.  The advantage of purchasing this stamp is that it is not affected by the escalation or the increase of prices in the future.  The postal service has agreed to accept the Forever Stamp…forever as sufficient postage when mailing a First Class letter.  Therefore, if it is purchased today and the cost of postage increases; no additional postage will be required; because you have purchased and are using a Forever Stamp.

God has said that we also have the advantages of receiving His “Forever Stamp” in our lives. Sometimes we seem to forget that when we accepted Christ into our lives that His atoning blood has purchased for us the grace that will perpetually satisfy any future debts!   God has already agreed – through His promises that we have the ability to remain unaffected by the escalation of the current or future diabolical plots, plan or schemes of our adversary.  We have already received a “Forever Stamp” that the kingdom of darkness must recognize – if we use it!

However, far too often our minds have not been renewed to this concept.  We fail to realize that we have been stamped… or that our stamp is sufficient to satisfy the required postage for any adverse condition in our lives!

In other words;

When disappointments, depression, or discouragements occur; we only need to affix the Forever Stamp: Isaiah 63:1; Jeremiah 29:11; Joshua 1:9

When sickness or afflictions attack; we only need to affix the Forever Stamp: Isaiah 53:5; John 11:4

When unpaid debts seem to be mounting; we only need to affix the Forever Stamp: Philippians 4:19; Luke 6:38

When waiting for God to advance us or to give us wisdom in a given area: we only need to affix the Forever Stamp: James 1:5; Proverbs 3:5,6

So whatever situation the enemy attempts to use to make us loose our focus,

Whatever area(s) in our minds that still remain an entrance to or a portal for the enemy,

Whatever adverse condition is now occurring… or will ever surface in the future;

REMEMBER- It doesn’t matter how long the process is lasting… God will always perfect those things which concern us by honoring His promises to us.

Never forget that you have been stamped and you have been sealed until the day of redemption by God’s Forever Stamp….. And simply because that stamp has been affixed to you… you have been equipped with a durability ….  That will assure the safety of your arrival at your next appointed destination!

Praise God….Now?  Are You Serious?!!

…….when the people gave a loud shout, the wall collapsed;……  Joshua 6:20

When do you feel is the best time to praise the Lord?  Well, believe it or not….your response to that question will reveal the level of your spiritual maturity!  Far too often our focus in difficult situations is geared towards the incorrect focal point.  In the times of adversity, we permit that dynamic trio; fear, doubt and unbelief, to make their grand appearance….Even returning for a curtain call!

We must always and alway (no “s”); remember that God has already – prior to the onset of our uncanny situations; made available to us the most powerful weapon that has ever existed.  Every living creature is equipped with this weapon.  Although, because many people use this weapon incorrectly its effectiveness is greatly diminished.  The weapon in question is our mouth.  With one mouth and its ability of articulation; we can observe the victory or defeat of an entire nation.  The Bible verifies such in Proverbs 18:21, by stating that death and life are in the power of the tongue.

So back to the original question…. What’s the best time to praise God?   Well…When we obtain the ability to grasp the totality of God’s love for us – then we will be able to do a Psalm 34:1….and bless the Lord at all times.   We will understand that regardless to our current circumstances; He is only perfecting and grooming us into who He created us to be.

So in the midst of every adverse occurrence; at the onset of every contrary wind; in the heat of every battle; and when you feel as though conditions couldn’t possibly get any worst…… those are the ideal times to open up your mouth and to give God some praise.  We must never forget that the enemy’s game plan is to cause us to focus more on what we can see with our physical eye….. (which is temporal and subject to change);…than on the promises of God (which are eternal & immutable)

However, there is a method by which we will be able to maintain our focus in the midst of the chaos.  We must daily fortify, strengthen, and toughen our spirit man.  We must reprogram our actions.  We must in the times which are less stressful, reinforce our minds with positive confessions and prepare for the next attack…. Because it will come!  We all have heard someone blurt out a few “profane” words when they’ve become stressed or overwhelmed.  That same mouth can be trained and that mind disciplined to understand that God is yet working out EVERYTHING for their good.  Therefore instead of cursing – they would be praising!

Lastly, remember that we are to praise God “IN” all things… not necessarily “FOR” all things. Praise is the weapon that is readily accessible to us and can travel with us everywhere.  Praise is that weapon that totally confuses the enemy…. And above all praise is that weapon that acknowledges that God is still in control and that He is never going to leave me nor forsake me.

In my former church, used to sing a song entitled “Hallelujah Anyhow”.  The song tells us to hold our heads up high when life’s troubles come our way …. and say “Hallelujah Anyhow.  Another song was “Give Him The Praise”.  The refrain (or the vamp) said, “In the good times, praise His name, in the bad times do the same; in EVERYTHING, He’s the King of Kings; so give Him the praise.  Although they might not have realized it, but as the older saints sang those songs – they were instilling in their minds; and aligning their spirits, with the foundational principles which are required to successfully defeat every adverse situation.   They knew that the time to shout the greatest was in the midst of the battle – and not just at the end.

So… when you think… “Oh I just can’t praise God now”.  Yes…. I’m serious….. that is the very time when you MUST open your mouth and acknowledge Him of Lords.

When you are in the midst of a seemingly unbearable, unconquerable situation….Open your mouth and PRAISE The LORD!

When you have been disappointed….. Open your mouth and PRAISE The LORD!

When you are feeling disgusted or frustrated…… Open your mouth and PRAISE The LORD!

When you have been betrayed….. Open your mouth and PRAISE The LORD!

When sickness seems as though it just wants to plague your body and cause it not to come into an alignment with the Word of God……. Open your mouth and PRAISE The LORD!

WHY????  Because your praise will confuse the enemy…. And validate to him that you are still trusting in the Lord….REGARDLESS.  You are reminding the enemy that every diabolical occurrence that he has thrown/ or is throwing your way doesn’t have the power nor the authority to prosper (Isaiah 54:17)!

So …. at the very time when it would seemed the most inopportune – GIVE GOD THE PRAISE…. And watch your walls begin to collapse!!!

Don’t Allow the Problem to Steal Your Peace!

Great peace have they which love thy law, and nothing shall offend them”

Nothing can entice them to sin – Nor can the sins of others cause them to fall.

 Psalm 119:165

Our Christian walk is one that is very complex; possessing multifaceted combinations of ideas, concepts and percepts.   Therefore it is vital for every successful Christian to undergo a complete “makeover” if they are going to operate from the plateau that the Lord has decreed.  We must realize that we need to embrace a complete transformation beginning with our minds.  Now for some.. this was easier than for others.   Sadly to say, there are those who have been studying the word of God for many years; …and are still having difficulty with comprehending the plans, purposes and intent of God – simply because their minds remain carnal.

So… along this road as we journey towards our divine destiny; our minds must be freed from the mindsets that have been engrafted into us throughout our entire lives. We must now begin to uproot the “former things” and replaced with them with God’s decreed plan for success.  For example; We’ve been taught to think for ourselves and to use our own brains.  Now the Lord is telling us  – not to think for ourselves nor lean to our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). We’ve been taught to govern everything through our five senses.  But God tells us to trust and adhere to a force which operates outside of the perimeter of those senses (John 14:26) .  We’ve been taught to fear spirits and the like.  Now the Lord – whom we can’t see (John 4:24); is telling us to trust in the leadings and guiding of a Spirit. .. that we can’t see.  Also… we were taught to defend ourselves by avenging people for the wrongs done to us.  From childhood we were taught, “If somebody hits you…you BETTER hit them back.”  But the Lord said that vengeance belongs to him (Romans 12:19)

So, when we stop and really consider our present way of thinking; we can understand why our minds must be renewed.  We can truly understand that God’s ways are contrary to those that we have spent a lifetime adhering to.

Therefore, as we refer back to our subject for today ….We also must LEARN not to worry.  When we can finally grasp the concept of God’s love for us….we will understand that the problems in life are only problems when we view them from our old mindsets and from the point of not fully understanding who God is.  Remember: Nothing in our lives occurs without the knowledge and approval of God.  Now,  no God doesn’t send calamities and such….  But He will permit them and use them for His glory….( that’s another lesson for another time!)

So because God loves us, He has warned us that in this world we will have tribulations  - but the statement doesn’t end there.  It continues – but be of good cheer for I have overcome the world  (John 16:33).

Ok….so what is God saying?.. “Don’t allow your problem(s) to steal your   peace.”  We must always remember that we have an enemy who has one thing in mind – and that is to make us doubt and distrust what God has said.

The two words problem and peace are words that everyone can relate to.

But I need you to know that every problem that occurs in your life is preordained by the Lord to push you and enable you to understand and to walk in His peace.

Life is full of situations, which, if we are not alert in the realm of the spirit – will cause us to view them as problems instead of possibilities for God to manifest his peace.  The choice is yours.

How do we not allow the enemy to steal our peace?

  1. Daily renewing our mind with the word of God.
  2. Refusing to be confrontational to the extent that you are not operating in the realm of the spirit – Know who you are. (Matthew 5:25a)
  3. Reminding yourself that you are in a spiritual battle – that our war is not against flesh and blood  (Ephesians 6:12).
  4. Rehearsing in your mind and out loud the promises of God (Psalm 1:2).
  5. Remembering…Whatever is dominate in your mind will rule – govern what you watching on TV, Listening to on your ipod, etc..?  If I am constantly listening to, reading or watching the incorrect material, I might be opening the door to fear and allowing the negative opinions of others to cause me worry.

Peace – is a mindset.  As I’ve often said… It is not the absence of adverse situations  - but it is the mindset that ALL IS WELL… REGARDLESS!  So if I am walking in a lifestyle that is in accord with the Lord’s guidelines – I can claim the promises of God.  He has promised that I will ALWAYS prevail!

Just because the battle is intense…..Don’t allow the problem to steal your promise,

Just because the journey is long....Don’t allow the problem to steal your promise

Just because the road is lonely…Don’t allow the problem to steal your promise,

Just because it appears that things are not going to work out…. Don’t allow the problem to steal your promise…..

BECAUSE OUR GOD IS THE FAITHFUL GOD……

His peace will prevail…..if you demand and command it to do so!!!

Wait, Wait, Wait!

Get On your mark……Get set……WAIT!

But those who trust in the Lord will find their strength renewed.  They will rise on wings like eagles; they will run and not get weary; they will walk and not grow weak. Isaiah 40:31 (GNT)

The waiting game!  For many of us, life seems to have given us a first class seat in this section of time called “waiting”.  We seem to always think that we are ready to advance to our NEXT place.  We seem to think that we are focused and in the correct lane….we are disciplined and in the correct position ….yet we still haven’t heard the correct sound that signals us to move forward……so we WAIT.

Waiting is a word that’s familiar to everyone – across the board.  From the youngest infant to the oldest adult: the rich, the wealthy, the poor, the educated and unlearned – everyone has had their dealings and experiences with this period of time called “waiting”.

Although we don’t always view it as so, when we are waiting, we are actually saying, “I haven’t given up….. I’m still anticipating that something is going to happen”.

So as we wait in the physical realm, in the realm of the spirit we must remain:

W - Watchful.  Maintain your attentiveness; stay on the lookout.  Don’t fall asleep! (I Peter 5:8)

A -  Active.  Remain active!  Mark time if you must – but do something! Don’t permit your spirit to become lazy, lethargic or discouraged.

                       (Proverbs 6:6)

I  -   Imaginative.  Never allow your creative abilities to cease.  There are still new inventions to

be discovered!  Just because you are waiting in one area doesn’t mean that

you can’t progress in other areas.  (I Corinthians 2:9)

T – Truthful .  Continue to uphold your level of integrity in word and in deed.  Don’t begin to

lower your standards nor your expectations just to simplify matters or to appease

yourself or others.   (II Corinthians 8:21)

Against popular belief… the waiting game does have its positive aspects.  However, it’s our decisions, our expectations (or the lack of them!), and our creative ability that will permit us to use this time of waiting to our advantage.

So, relax….make a lemon smoothie from the lemons;….. rather than attempting to drink their natural juice and complaining about its tartness…. And enjoy where you are…. For now.

Worshipping, Warriors, Win!

Worshipping, Warriors Win!

Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness.

Psalm 29:2

We must always remember that whatever we need to sustain us is already on the inside of us. Sometimes we think that we need to get “more” before we can excel or move forward.  For the most part, most people simply need to learn how to worship.  More battles in this life would victoriously be won…..if we only understood the relevance of worship.

We praise God because of what He has done – as a sign of gratitude.  However we worship Him because of WHO He is.  As a warrior, worship is essential.  It’s in the atmosphere of worship that we’re able to receive the strategies that will permit me to win EVERY battle.  Although you personally may not realize it, but you are a warrior!  Within us we all have an innate ability to oppose every wrong; to fight.  However, we must aim those “energies” in the correct direction.

Become more engaged in worshipping the Lord.  Worshipping develops intimacy.  Therefore, when we worship the Lord – there is an open communication between us, which permits us to converse with Him - Spirit to spirit ….at any time.  Worship transcends just a momentary set time of communion with the Lord. When we learn to worship the Lord; our flesh (attitudes, desires, opinions, etc.) will not have the free reign that it has.

The results from this type of worship will permit us to receive the stamina and the wisdom that is necessary to outwit the enemy…..every time!

A warrior knows no defeat.  A warrior can realize that there are really no failures in life – only opportunities to learn.  Question?????? – “If I’ve attempted to accomplish a task and didn’t receive the expected results – but have LEARN from the experience…did I fail?  Absolutely not!

A warrior has a mindset that doesn’t conform, but will transform whatever they encounter.

So you need to realize that …you ARE a winner. …you ARE a warrior….. but above all.. you are called to be a worshipper!

....And remember the Worshipping, Warriors….always Win!

“But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him.”  John 4:34 ESV

The Worshipper's Praise

The Worshipper’s Praise

“Your God is present among you a strong Warrior there to save you.  Happy to have you back, he’ll calm you with his love and delight you with his songs”. Zephaniah 3:17

                                                                                                                     (The Message Bible)

Although we all; who have breath in our bodies; are required to praise the Lord (Psalm 150:6); there is a type of praise that when offered, permits the presence of the Lord to enthrone us…. A type of praise that can only be released from a submitted vessel.  Psalm 22 references this type of praise.

The Hebrew word “Tehillah” is one of the seven expressions for the word praise.  This type of praise is what we commonly refer to as singing in the Spirit.  The Tehillah praise is what I refer to as a “worshipper’s praise”. It’s typically referred to as spontaneous singing from your spirit.  Psalm 22:3 states, “Yet Thou art holy, O Thou who art enthroned upon the praises (tehillah) of Israel” (NIV).  The King James Version states: But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel”.

It is the Tehillah type of praise which can only be uttered when one is in a state of total: submission, humility and reverence to the Lord.  This type of praise, will usher in the inhabitation of the Lord’s presence.  It is this type of praise that will grant us the privilege of and the ability to, receive a personal audience with the Lord of Lord and the King of Kings.  Is it this type of praise that Zephaniah references. It is this type of praise that would be considered “inner court” praise…. And it is this type of praise that will permit us to have a disciplined ear; an ear which will have the ability to hear the Lord’s song.

Learn to sing in the Spirit.  Learn to enter into this type of praise on a regular basis.  The ability to remain focused in the face of adversity is related to the amount of discipline that we are able to achieve.  Discipline is a precursor one’s ability to offer a reverential praise unto the Lord.    It is this type of praise that will result in our ability to maintain a level of peace and calmness in the midst of every storm. Let your ultimate goal be to offer unto the Lord a type of reverential praise that will demand His attention!

Therefore, when I have learned how to offer a Tehillah praise; I will have also gained the ability to not only impact my daily walk – but will be equipped with the endurance, and composure to walk above every circumstance in this life….  And to immediately recognize and bring to naught every diabolical plot, plan and scheme….. PROactively!

I shall confess you, Lord Jehovah, from my whole heart; in front of Kings I shall sing praise to you! (Aramaic Bible in Plain English)

Not More Word....But More WISDOM!

…Not more Word….But More Wisdom

“Lord may I daily walk in a state of wisdom that operates above my physical age, and experiences.”

El De’ot”

(The God of Knowledge - Proverbs 19:8)

“Wisdom is the principle thing, therefore get wisdom and in all of thy getting, get understanding.” Proverbs 4:7

Read: Proverbs 4 & James 1

To have obtained information, yet lack the knowledge and the understanding of its application; is equivalent to walking in a rain storm; carrying a closed umbrella; and complaining that you are now soaking wet!  Many Christians today are experiencing a since of being “overwhelmed” by the circumstances and the occurrences of their daily lives.  Most are truly devoted Saints - who can tote, quote and know who wrote the Bible.  However, they have not received the wisdom for proper application of the God’s word.

So today Father, I will no longer be content in my current state.  I refuse to be one who has simply memorized your Word – but lack the wisdom that is embedded within your Word.  I ask that you El De’ot, reveal to me the hidden treasures of your Word.   I understand that I can no longer afford to walk in ignorance concerning the application of your principles.  You have given me a work to accomplish. I have the tools, I have the plans, and I have the true desire to continue to walk in your divine guidance.  However, the missing element which is now vital, is a degree of your wisdom which is equivalent to or which surpasses the amount of your Word that is within me.

El De’ot, May I always remember that for every minute that I am not aggressively applying your wisdom, “I” am permitting a delay in the manifestation and the execution of your plans for my life.   “I” am opening the door for diabolical distractions. “I” am giving fuel to kingdom of darkness and giving it permission to release and execute its plans…… Simply because “I” have not intensely sought you for an increased degree of wisdom.

Therefore, I will plunge into you and seek your wisdom at any cost.  The level of your wisdom which I have already attained, mandates that I push through EVERY obstacle, and strive not to get more of your Word – but a fuller understanding of the Word that I have already obtained.

Not more Word – but more faith.  Not more Word – but more revelation.  Not more Word – but a deeper commitment to an increased hermeneutical approach to your Word.

Therefore as I continue to study your Word; I decree that I will, I must, and I can; with a renewed tenacity seek the guidance and direction that is only procured from you and the resources that you ; My omniscient Father…. My God of knowledge… My El De’ot have made assessable to me at this time.  I have received the revelation that it is truly not more Word that I need at this time….. I need more wisdom!

Don't Miss The Sound!

Don’t Miss The Sound!

“And when you shall HEAR the sound of marching in the top of the mulberry trees, then you shall advance quickly.”  I Chronicles 14:15

The Lord, our Baal Perazim (the God of Breakthrough) is confirming His position in our current battle.  Just as He was with David, He is reminding us that His wisdom still supersedes that of the adversary.

When reading this story in I Chronicles (or II Samuel) we discovered that Baal Perazim required  David’s response  to be quick and at precisely the right time.  Let’s consider the plateau from which David operated.

  1. David had to know the voice of the Lord.
  2. David had to remain alert and attentive in the realm of the spirit.
  3. David had to already have his weapons and be positioned offensively.

When we attempt to correlate this story to our daily lives, we must remember that:

  1. David sought the Lord for direction prior to the onset of the battle.
  2. The Lord went before David and “Broke Through” the front line of the enemy’s defense.
  3. Whatever the Lord has done before, He still has the power to do again.

I found it interesting that David was told to LISTEN for a certain sound. If we are going to know exactly when to advance, conquer and reclaim our territory; then we must critique or fine tune our ability to recognize a specific sound. Far too often we are listening to and follow the wrong sound!  David’s specific sound was the sound of marching.  Are you aware of the sound that God is using in your life as a form of confirmation?

Next, the sound was in a designated place - the tree tops.  Not on the ground, nor in the air, but in the top of the mulberry trees.  This fact reminds us that the specific sound will resonate from a specific, designated destination….. to the ear of one who has the sensitivity to hear!

So, because Baal Perazim had already preceded David, he (David) was able to be victorious.

Our God is still operating as Baal Perazim today.  He has broken through the front line of defense in our enemy’s territory and is permitting us to recover all!  But we must LISTEN for our specific marching orders.

Don’t permit there to be a delay in your recovery because you didn’t hear or recognize the voice of God concerning His specific instructions; advising you how and when to advance - and recover all!

Just as David did…. Seek the face of God, Listen for the Sound, and March your way to victory.

Nobody Greater!

Nobody Greater!!!

Lord, you are supreme in power & position.

Elhoy Marom”

(The God of heights – Micah 6:6)

As this text is researched, we can observe that the word “height” here signifies supremacy of power and position.

So Lord, may I now align and place everything under the authority of who you are.  May I never exalt the power of my thoughts or actions above what your word demonstrates and declares.

I will no longer surrender to; and I forbid, any other power to rule or to reign in my life.  My acceptance of your sovereignty and my knowledge of your omnipotence validate who you are.  I ask that those character qualities fully infiltrate my every thought.  May I renew my mind to the extent that I have reworded my vocabulary to release from my mouth, only the words that will reflect what your Word declares.

There is no other; nor has there ever been; nor will there ever be; any force; - visible or invisible, that is able to be in comparison with who you are.  Your attributes reveal that you are matchless. Therefore you are the monarch, the exalted one.  We could climb up to the highest mountain; even search the lowest valley….  And the supremacy of your power and authority would yet reveal that… There’s NOBODY GREATER THAN YOU!

Therefore, may I continuous position my spirit to operate in submission only to your sovereign reign, only to your absolute authority and only to your ultimate guidance… For YOU ALONE ARE GREAT!

"Nobody Greater’

(Vashawn Mitchell)

I climbed up to the highest mountain; I looked all around, couldn't find nobody
Went down into the deepest valley Looked all around down there, couldn't find nobody
I went across the deep blue sea;
Couldn't find one to compare... to your grace, your love, your mercy
Nobody greater... nobody greater than you

Searched all over... couldn't find nobody; I looked high and low... still couldn't find nobody
Nobody greater... nobody greater no... nobody greater than you

Nobody can heal... like you can; Oh most holy one you are the Great I Am
Awesome in all your ways and mighty is your hand
You are He who carried out redemption's plan; You are He who carried out redemption's plan

Searched all over... couldn't find nobody
I looked high and low... still couldn't find nobody
Nobody greater... nobody greater... nobody greater than you!

You are Someone's Bridge

You Are Someone’s Bridge

Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:2

Although you may not have viewed it from this perspective; but God has birthed within you the ability to be a bridge for someone else.  He has given to you the wisdom, compassion and the authority to safely transport someone from their current place to a new place in Him!

If we were to do a little research in the area of architecture, we would discover that there are basically four different types of bridges (sources vary to the exact number; with some listing up to seven).  Nevertheless, all of them are responsible for transporting; and for being that reliable connection between at least two points.

The purpose of the bridge is to provide passage OVER a given situation.  Therefore it matters not the type, weight limitations, or composition of the bridge – its job is to transport OVER obstacles.

As you view yourself as someone’s bridge; you will realize that it is your responsibility to undergo routine, scheduled “maintenance checks”.  You can’t neglect your spiritual, nor your physical overhauls.  You need to be effective and preserve under carrying the weight of another and transporting that weight to the Lord.  Wisdom is the key.  Consequently, you must always remain cognizant of the fact that EVERYTHING you are involved in; positive or negative; will affect your durability, your tenaciousness and your level of sensitivity.   God has already given to each of us the character qualities which are necessary for us to perform efficiently according to the type of bridge that He designed us to be.

Don’t permit the enemy to cloud your mind or to disillusion you!  YOU are someone’s bridge.  Although you may not have considered it - nor be aware of who that person(s) is(are); someone is watching you and is depending on you to carry them over their next obstacle in life.

Lastly, remember that the bridge offers hope.  A bridge makes the unspoken statement that – “this is not the end of your journey”.  A bridge proclaims that, “I am your ACCESS OVER the problem, difficulty, hindrance, obstruction or blockage”.

In some battles the Lord will tell us to stand and to fight.  Then, there are others where He instructs us to simply “take a bridge OVER” them!  In other words, speak to it and keep it moving!  It is in those instances when you; as a God ordained “bridge”….can be used of Him to assist someone over their troubled water … by reassuring them that His undying, unconditional love…. Still yet prevails.

So remember…. you are someone’s bridge. Stand strong, stay focused, and be tenacious.  Regardless of what you experiencing ….. you are a vital asset to someone as they pursue their destiny.

It's Manifestation Time!

It’s Manifestation Time!

“Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.  And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.   And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the Lord thy God.”                                                                                                                           Amos 9;13-15

I had read the following vision of a Prophet concerning the above verses.  The Prophet said in his vision he saw: “Two men walked through a freshly plowed field, dark and rich with ready soil. The first man had a very large canvas sack hanging in front of him full of corn seed. The man behind him had a large sickle. They began to walk down the first row in the field and soon were walking in perfect step, right-left, right-left... As the first man walked, he would drop a corn kernel, then drive it deep into the soil using his right heel. As soon as his heel came up out of the deep soil, the corn stalk would immediately spring up to full height and the ears of corn would "pop" into fullness. At almost that exact instant, the man carrying the sickle would swipe through the base of the plant, harvesting it immediately - just barely missing the heel of the man in front of him. This continued down the row: at each step, the seed would fall, be planted, spring to life and be harvested - in an instant.”

Many in the body of Christ are daily beginning to reap the benefits and provisions that have been previously prophesied and witnessed by the Saints of old.  The Word for us as endtime warriors is FAITHFULNESS! God has begun to return to us ALL that has been stolen - and lost; be it through ignorance, negligence or abortion.

However, as you begin to receive, you must remain faithful and sincere in your devotion to your calling, your vision, and your purpose. Manifestation without the proper maintenance will result in failure!

So… LAUNCH OUT of the box and remove every restraint that is restricting your cognitive capacities and don’t limit the interpretation of these verses to just your finances!

  • Expect such an increase in your wisdom, knowledge and understanding, that you will begin to become more proactive instead of reactive; especially in your approach to the dismantling of every diabolical device aimed in your direction.
  • Expect an increase in productive relationships.
  • Expect an increase your territory; spiritual,  physical, and mental.
  • Expect an increase of everything that is positive in your life.
  • Expect to receive a level of greatness that has not been readily available nor accessible.
  • Expect increase, increase, and increase!!!

Yes….. it’s manifestation time… so if you haven’t already done so…..shift your mindset to now operate from the position of being the lender and not the borrower… of being above only and never again beneath ANYTHING!

“Yes indeed, it won’t be long now.” God’s Decree.  Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. You won’t be able to keep up. Everything will be happening at once—and everywhere you look, blessings! Blessings like wine pouring off the mountains and hills. I’ll make everything right again for my people Israel: “They’ll rebuild their ruined cities. They’ll plant vineyards and drink good wine. They’ll work their gardens and eat fresh vegetables. And I’ll plant them, plant them on their own land. They’ll never again be uprooted from the land I’ve given them.” God, your God, says so.               Amos 9:13-15 (MSG)

You're An Eagle... So Soar!

You’re An Eagle – So Soar!

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagle……………. Isaiah 40:31

There was a time when many of life’s lessons were taught to children through various Bible stories or through secular tales and fables.  One of my most remembered stories is the one entitled, “The Ugly Duckling”.  To summarize the entire story; there was one duckling there was drastically unlike the other ducks.  It just didn’t belong.  However one day, it was discovered that this ugly duckling wasn’t really a duck – but a swan…. A beautiful swam!

Sometimes in our lives we are not progressing simply because we are attempting to force ourselves into conforming to a standard that is totally contrary to our natural composure.  As a child of the most high God, you are called to be an eagle.  You are called to extend your wings, to lift your head, and to soar high above any and every obstruction.  Many of us are still possessing the mentally and character traits of a common pigeon.  We gather on the ground in clusters, and flutter from one crumb to the next.

An eagle is the only bird that loves a storm.  Other birds will flee from storms; however the eagle will fly into a storm.  They will allow the winds from the storm to quickly lift them higher. When in a storm, an eagle will lock its wings in place, just soar and enjoy the ride. You are an eagle!  So when you’re in a storm – focus on the Word of God and nothing else.  Open your mouth and speak to that storm!  Rebuke the spirit of fear.  Receive the spirit of peace.  Then you will have the ability to ride out the storm in victory!

Eagles have keen vision, are fearless, tenacious, nurturing, full of vitality, and love to fly in high altitudes.  So in spite of how you may view yourself or how others view you – remember… you are an eagle.  An eagle also has an extremely wide wingspan.  Therefore, because the eagle’s wingspan is so wide – they can’t be cramped into a small area.

I would like to encourage you to extend your wings and soar!  The place where you are now attempting to fly might not possess the space that is required for you to open your wings to their fullest extent……And you certainly have no space to soar.

Nothing else matters today other than the fact that you KNOW that you are an eagle.  Therefore as an eagle refuse to be bound any longer.  As an eagle, face every storm head on.  As an eagle, stand fearless in your place of dominion and exercise your authority. As an eagle, know how to revitalize yourself so that your strength will be renewed.

Lastly, when necessary, eagles will only congregate with other eagles (Iron sharpen iron – Proverbs 27:17).   You DO possess within you the DNA of an eagle!  Stop attempting to diminish your dreams, and visions to conform to the standards of the “pigeons”. Be determined that from today forward you will only view yourself as an eagle.   Then be unwavering in your conclusion…… and soar yourself through a lifetime of victories!  Soar Eagles Soar….Spread your wings……and Soar!

“Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6
