Feast on the Word:The scripture reference is Exodus chapter 12:1-50. The most memorable ordinace in the word of God is the Passover. It entails the killing and eating of the paschal lamb (vs 6-11), the sprinkling of the blood of the lamb upon the door posts with the reason for it, The feast of unleavened bread for seven days after the Passover (vs 14-20), and the first Passover (vs 21-23) and the yearly Passover (vs 24-27). The Israelites were obedient to the Lord's command that Moses and Aaron spoke to them (vs 28). The first-born child and beast of the Egyptians were slain (vs 29-30). Pharaoh discharged the Israelites immediately from Egypt to go (vs 31-33) They began their journey (vs 34). They were enriched by the spoils of Egypt (vs 35-36). There were some of the Egyptians that went with the Israelites on their journey, there were a mixed multitude (vs 37-38). This event of the Passover is dated and God's word proved him to be faithful (vs 40-42). This the outline of this chapter Exodus 12: 1-50 that we will be referring to in this study this week. We will be posting daily up to Sunday regarding this matter. Please read the scripture word and refresh yourself with the topic in the name of Jesus.
