Prayer 1 of 2

Spiritual Warfare Prayer

Father God, we pray that you forgive us of our sins, transgressions and iniquities committed by thought, word, or deed via commission or omission to wit known and unknown peccadilloes.  Heavenly Father we repent for all our sins and ask that you cover them with the blood of Jesus and clean us of all unrighteousness according to your word 1 John 1:9.  Thank you Lord for being God all by yourself.  We sang praise to your holy name.  Because you are LORD, it is well with our souls.

Father God we thank you for this day that you have made.  We shall be glad and rejoice in it.  We are thankful that Jesus Christ died on the cross for us. Knowing it cleaned us from all righteousness pursuant to 1 John 1:9, and allows us to come boldly to the throne of grace according to Hebrews 4:16.  We are thankful for the blood of Jesus Christ to protect, cleanse, heal, deliver, sanctify, redeem, justify, and to make all things new.

We declare and decree that where the blood of Jesus Christ is applied the no name can not enter according to Hebrews 10:4-23 and we confess now that Jesus is Lord over our family, church, finances, business, jobs, and possessions.

Thank you Father God for Your Holy Spirit.  Thank you for being present with us always.  Thank you for the gifts of the Holy Spirit.  Father God we praise and thank You for everything You have done, for everything you are doing, and for everything you are going to do.  Bless it be to you Lord.

Father God I know my battle is against principalities, against powers, against the darkness of the rulers of this age, against spiritual wickedness in high places, therefore we put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand in the evil days; and having done all to stand.  We shall be strong in you Lord and in the power of your might according to Ephesians 6:10-13.  We have Christ in us, the hope of glory, according to Colossians 1:27, so I shall prevail because the battle is not mine, but yours Lord, according to 1 Samuel 17:47.

Father God we now put on the Breastplate of Righteousness according to Ephesians 6:14.  We crucify our flesh according to Romans 8:13, as we die daily to self desires and live to do your desires according to

1 Corinthian 15:31.  In the name of Jesus, we command the mind of our flesh to shut up; do not talk to us about sin because we are dead to sin according to Romans 6:2, do not talk to us about condemnation because there is no condemnation in us because we are in Christ according to Romans 8:1; we walk after the Spirit and not after the flesh according to Romans 8:4; we have been healed by the stripes of Jesus according to
