I've seen too much hate to want to hate, myself, and every time I see it, I say to myself, hate is too great a burden to bear. Somehow we must be able to stand up against our most bitter opponents and say: We shall match your capacity to inflict suffering by our capacity to endure suffering. We will meet your physical force with soul force. Do to us what you will and we will still love you.... But be assured that we'll wear you down by our capacity to suffer, and one day we will win our freedom. We will not only win freedom for ourselves; we will appeal to your heart and conscience that we will win you in the process, and our victory will be a double victory.Martin Luther King Jr.A Christmas Sermon for Peace on Dec 24, 1967

  • Our Love for others mirrors the condition of our heart. The LOVE we have for those around us is an indication of the strength of our Christian walk. (1 John 2:9-11 ).  The closer we grow to Jesus, the more our LOVE for others should increase. (1 Thessalonians 3:12-13). The depth of our LOVE for God directly affects our ability to minister to others  ( John 21:15-17). Christ's LOVE sets the standard. Our LOVE for others should model Christ's love for us.( Eph. 5:1-2 ) LOVE surpasses all Spiritual Gifts. A Born Again Believer who understands what LOVE truly means and shows Love in his or her life is the greatest testimony to others. ( 1 Corinthians 13:1-13). Lord you are the greatest Love in my life. Before we can fully Love one another, we must fully LOVE the Lord and understand His LOVE for Us ( Matthew 22:37).   I Love you Jesus, more than anything,
