The new song will break forth (Is. 45:1 Thus says the LORD to Cyrus His anointed, Whom I have taken by the right hand, To subdue nations before him And to loose the loins of kings; To open doors before him so that gates will not be shut). Many times when breakthrough occurred in the Word of God the people would sing and rejoice.
Moses and Miriam sang when they crossed out of Egypt. Deborah sang when God defeated the Midianites. When you break through, rejoice in song and fill the air with praises to God.
Isaiah 41:15
