I am just thinking out loud that's all...
No disrespect intended to the Church, but how many programs, clubs, and curriculums are we going to come up with before we put into practice what we've already learned for decades! In some cases or most, we’re consuming a wealth of knowledge and that’s a good thing, the bad part about that is you've become engrossed in going from program to club to classes and never live out or give out what you’ve been given from the Lord…
In Matthew 10:8 the Lord says, in the later part of this vers freely you have received, freely give… your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, This is the way, walk you in it, when you turn to the right hand, and when you turn to the left, Walk it out Says the Lord.
Psalm 25:9
He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way.
The Lord is Your Blueprint method for accomplishing your God given purpose; He’ll give you strategy, knowledge, design, and a mission to carry out His will for your life and the church.
Guide is a noun & verb: here are some synonym words: Lead, conduct, show, show the way, usher, shepherd, direct, steer, pilot, escort, accompany, attend; see, take, help, assist.
Isaiah 42:16
I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.
Isaiah 48:17

Please don’t miss understand my statement, We are aware that in some cases it does take time planning out and implementing certain program’s before releasing a person or people into serving or ministry…
The Lord said, he will lead the blind and turn their darkness into light make their rough places smooth and teach you what is best… These are all action words; the Lord is not going to have his people going from program, to program, and to hub meetings for five, ten, or even fifteen years of healings and teachings and never utilize what tools you’ve been given. You’ll go outside the church and give it away to another country or body of believers which is a good thing done in its proper perspective. Some of the church’s own immediate members’ households are broken up; they've chased after programs for so long and given their last in offerings and served in the church almost a lifetime, while their own families are excluded, Disregarded, and passed up by their own local Church. You have what it takes to change, your family, your ministry, your city, & your nation…
Hebrews 13:21
