A Second Multitude Appears in Heaven: And I saw in heaven another great and marvelous sign: Seven angels with the seven last plagues - last, because with them God's wrath is completed. And I saw what looked like a sea of glass mixed with fire and standing beside the sea, those who had been victorious over the beast and his image and over the number of his name. They held harps given them by God and sang the song of Moses the servant of God and the song of the Lamb:
"Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the ages. Who will not fear you, O Lord, and bring glory to your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed."
The sea of glass mingled with fire is a picture of the Red Sea crossing and the fiery cloud. The song of Moses was sung after God defeated Pharaoh at the Red Sea (Exod. 15:1). These are the ones that comes out of the Great Tribulation - tribulation multitude. They have victory over the beast and his image, name, and mark. The world's final judgment and harvest is now in process. The Temple of God in heaven is opened at this time (Rev. 15:6). No man can enter the Temple as the seven angels bring the last seven judgments (Rev. 15:6).
These judgments are the "grapes of wrath" (Rev. 14:19). There is the sickle of the Son of Man (Christ who caught up the 144,000 from the earth). There is also a sickle of the angel (reaping the grapes of wrath against the sinners on earth). The grape harvest is the last of the three harvest cycles in ancient Israel. The grapes are crushed and this is called the blood of the grape (Deut. 32:14). The wrath is "poured out" (Isa. 63:1-3) and men are "trampled in God's fury."
Blood will be to the horse bridles (Rev. 14:20). This is the amount of bodies to be slain during the battle outside of Jerusalem. The blood stretches for 1,600 furlongs (from Jerusalem to the battle site). One furlong is 220 yards, 8 furlongs is 1 statue mile, 1,600 furlongs is 200 miles. The bodies will be piled up to the horse bridles (an ancient manner of measurement).
The final judgments (Rev. 16:1-21) are the vial judgments (meaning bowls or cups). The seven angels enter the Temple and receive the vial judgments. The judgment comes to mystery Babylon because of the cup of filthiness and fornication. The judgment comes on the harlot system and she receives double for her iniquity. The seven angels pour out the vial judgments. The seventh angel later confesses he is a prophet and a servant of Christ (Rev. 22:8-9). These seven angels is probable seven prophets from the Old Testament.
