The angel said to me, "These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place." "Behold, I am coming soon! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy in this book." (Rev. 22:6-7 NIV)The commission (Rev. 22:16) - I have sent my angel to testify to the church.The call (Rev. 22:17) - The Spirit and the bride say come.The caution (Rev. 22:18-19) - Don't add to or take away from the words of this book."I am coming quickly" (Rev. 22:7)."I am coming quickly" (Rev. 22:12)."Surely I am coming quickly" (Rev. 22:20)The word quickly means speedily, shortly, or hastily! It means that, when things begin to come to pass, they will happen with great speed! (things shortly to come to pass - Rev. 1:1 and things that shortly must be done - Rev. 22:6). WHEN THESE THINGS START, IT WILL COME QUICKLY."Amen" is the Hebrew closing, and "Even so" is the Greek closing.
