Your Cry…Your Praise
“Give thanks to the Lord, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the peoples, proclaim that his name is exalted. Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously; let this be made known in all the earth.” Isaiah 12:4-5, ESV
Far too often, we will cry out to the Lord when we are confronted with adverse situations – but when He answers us favorably; we fail to show our gratitude to Him with the same enthusiasm!
Don’t let your cry in your valley out ring your praise on the mountain!
So when the Lord “turns the tables” for you; when He finally grants unto you the petitions that you’ve stood in faith believing Him for, for many years……
Don’t forget – To sincerely thank Him
Don’t forget – To tell others
Don’t forget – That God is immutable (He doesn’t change.)
Don’t forget to render an offering that is comparative to your gratefulness ……
Don’t forget…GOD IS FAITHFUL!
So again remember: Don’t let your cry in your valley out ring your praise on the mountain!

FYI:
KNOW YOUR HISTORY: Memorial Day was started by former slaves on May, 1, 1865 in Charleston, SC to honor 257 dead Union Soldiers who had been buried in a mass grave in a Confederate prison camp. They dug up the bodies and worked for 2 weeks to give them a proper burial as gratitude for fighting for their freedom. They then held a parade of 10,000 people led by 2,800 Black children where they marched, sang and celebrated.
