We Have Been Gifted With The “Tenacity To Endure” “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9In this season it is imperative that we don’t give up! We, the faithful, are all on the verge of receiving from the Lord everything that He has promised. Don’t get distracted. Don’t become weary. Don’t lose your focus. Here’s another prayer that the Lord had given to me. Be Blessed.                                                                                                                       Grateful For Your Tenacity (©2003) Father God, in the name of Jesus, I come to you to acknowledge that “tenacity” is needed to accomplish your divine purpose in my life. So I come to you now, EARLY. At the beginning of this time of my life. Since today is the first day of the rest of my life, I have come at the start of this new season, with the realization that I am in a new “place in life”. For this day has never been…

"Now this here is something of a great teaching; My lord. God is amazingly awesome. God; HalleluYAH, God took us to Zerch. 3 as He was identifying our purpose earlier this week. Vision of the High Priest & “The Coming Branch”. Is a couple of topics in our reading. God revealed some top secrets “concealed code” for us and for the nation at the proper time. Mark Twain that once said, "You cannot depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus." We had to get focus get back into training, remain focus. Our lives have change. We remember giving birth to our second son; it was a time and it was a time. There is nothing like delivery pain, it’s unexplainable. We have had dreams of being in labor, delivery, and after the delivery of a child. And we know it is the season of spiritual birth in our lives. We love Isaiah 54:1-3, God says it’s time for true worship, and sense we know what real, true worship is, we can engage even the more. It’s is a season of “giving birth” not just birt…"

"My Lord; this is a powerful and a serious eye opener as well as a confirmation in some of the things this Pastor has mention. We quote 1 Cor. 9-10, actually a little further; “But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man. The things which God has prepared for those who love Him. But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.” But not taken time to really search what it really means, and what it applies to. Yes, God longs to reveal His secrets for those who seeks Him. That is what we as a people have to get to the point; We Must Seek after God. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. “We are trading our mind for His so that we can think on a greater level of understanding to bring God's blueprint of the future onto the earth.” We desire t…"

"Yes I AM READY TO GIVE BIRTH!!!! But no i will not realize the birthing pain. I will need to identify the reason why I can't feel the birthing pain or why i don't realize I'm even having it. When I had my children I never had any birthing pains but I the spiritual realm I prolly aborted a lot of babies but no more I am ready to give birth now. I will take care of my child just as I'm learning how to do my natrual children. I wouldn't know unless I am tapped in a tune into God to realize that my water has broken and it is time for me to release the baby. Yes i will know if I am tapped in the spirit I know in the past I prolly have given birth to so negative stuff but now I am giving birth in the spirit for God. My God had you way I must speak to the people to let them know the truth about the Real God. "

"How should I record my business transactions?
A good recordkeeping system includes a summary of your business transactions. Business transactions are ordinarily summarized in books called journals and ledgers. You can buy them at your local stationery or office supply store.
A journal is a book where you record each business transaction shown on your supporting documents. You may have to keep separate journals for transactions that occur frequently.
A ledger is a book that contains the totals from all of your journals. It is organized into different accounts.
Electronic Records: All requirements that apply to hard copy books and records also apply to business records which are maintained using electronic accounting software, point of sale software, financial software or any other electronic records system. Are They Dead or Dormant?Read Ephesians 6:10-18As we progress and grow towards becoming that “profitable” servant; we should discover that many of our ungodly habits, mindsets and desires appear to no longer be present…which is a great accomplishment. However, as my Grandmother would say, “Every shut eye ain’t sleep”.The Lord wants to deliver us from everything that would hinder our walk with Him. Yet in many instances, we have mistaking thought that we have been delivered from a particular spirit when we really haven’t. Sometimes we’ve eliminated the fruit – but not the root. For example, we may have seemingly had an issue with: uncontrolled anger, envy, or extreme competition. However, we may not realize that these are only the fruit which have been produced. The seed or master spirit here may be jealousy or pride. So I may have dealt with the fruit – yet the root is still lying dormant within me – waiting….sometimes for years to manifest itself again in a different type of fruit. (…

Slow down…Be Kind! “Kindness can only be sown from a heart that is tender.”“Elohay Chasdi”(The God of my Kindness - Psalm 59:11)Love is patient, love is kind…... I Corinthians 13:4 Read Psalm 59 & I Corinthians 13 It has been said that our actions speak louder than our words. The Bible states, “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as Christ God forgave you.” (Ephesians 4:32 NIV). I should always remain cognizant of the fact that if I constantly maintain a disposition of unforgiveness; I will be prevented from possessing the ability to express kindness to others. So Lord, I ask that you reveal to me anything within me that is yet hindering me from the ability to show compassion, gentleness and thoughtfulness to EVERYONE. May I not be bias in my actions, but develop a renewed mindset that has become yielding to the extent, that I have the ability to communicate your unconditional love to everyone that I encounter. May the spirit of pride never mask its se…

"God definitely knows how to bring things back to our remembrance, not to long ago, a week or two, God begin to speak about “No More”. And we know when God is getting our attention, certain words He’ll say, My God, and we begin to say Lord we don’t, we choose not to miss anything else you have for us. Then He said, since you made that decree, proclamation here we go, “ready or not here I come” My God. God begin to shuffle things in our Spirit, begin to take us in deeper, giving us dreams of what He desires, bringing back the divine plan He and only He has given. Showing me that He literally “has ME”, that nothing no one could to me, but He is expecting ME to float on the Faith cloud in which He showed me. We whole-heartily believe this; “There is a testing of our hearts taking place right now, and the outcome will be according to our decision. God will not violate our free will and we must live with the consequence of the choice we make. Will we follow after Him or continue on our own…"

What is one thing you could do, in your personal life or ministry that, if you did on a regular basis, would make a tremendous positive difference in your life or ministry?
As we have learned in our previous studies, As one man wisely stated, “Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of those things which matter least. We react to the urgent, but we need to consciously act to accomplish the important”. Stay consistent with our schedule, our agenda. Sometimes what we have set out to do, often gets interrupted and things tends to become more important, then our schedule is thrown out. God re…"

"One important factor or taken an observation from within us, we had to remember that “we” are an individual, one that God created in a certain way, there is no other as we are, God created us in a unique way with very interesting talents, charters, beliefs, intuitions, values and so forth, strong. And we’ve notice that in some situations, circumstances people were not please, understanding who we really are. Our character is strong, due to the fact how God created us to be, faithfulness, (loyal), honesty, straight to the point, get emotional attach, not sure if that is good or not so good. We understand that our character is the "root" the foundation that we must build from. Our character holds all the other components and must be strong enough to withstand. With faith, we believe that it has grown over the years, and still climbing, stand on the Word of God, hearing His voice and believing what He is saying, and taking actions it that very thing. • How should I record my business transactions?

A good recordkeeping system includes a summary of your business transactions. Business transactions are ordinarily summarized in books called journals and ledgers. You can buy them at your local stationery or office supply store.

journal is a book where you record each business transaction shown on your supporting documents. You may have to keep separate journals for transactions that occur frequently.

ledger is a book that contains the totals from all of your journals. It is organized into different accounts.

Electronic Records: All requirements that apply to hard copy books and records also apply to business records which are maintained using electronic accounting software, point of sale software, financial software or any other electronic records system. The electronic system must provide a complete and accurate record of your data that is accessible to the IRS.

Whether you keep paper or electronic journals and ledgers and how you keep them depends on the type of business you are in. For example, a recordkeeping system for a small business might include the following items:

    • Business checkbook
    • Daily and monthly summary of cash receipts
    • Check disbursements journal
    • Depreciation worksheet
    • Employee compensation records

Note: The system you use to record business transactions will be more effective if you follow good recordkeeping practices. For example, record expenses when they occur, and identify the sources of income. Generally, it is best to record transactions on a daily basis. For additional information on how to record your business transactions, refer to  Publication 583, Starting a Business and Keeping Records.

    • HalleluYAH, bless you Apostle Trina. Give Adoration, to your Beloved. Your Bridegroom, Your Majesty.

  • 2 Peter 3
10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will vanish with a [mighty and thunderous] roar, and the [material] elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and the works that are on it will be [b]burned up.
11 Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be [in the meantime] in holy behavior [that is, in a pattern of daily life that sets you apart as a believer] and in godliness [displaying profound reverence toward our awesome God], 12 [while you earnestly] look for and await the coming of the day of God. For on this day the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the [material] elements will melt with intense heat! 13 But in accordance with His promise we expectantly await new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells. 14 So, beloved, since you are looking forward to these things, be diligent and make every effort to be found by Him [at His return] spotless and blameless, in peace [that is, inwardly calm with a sense of spiritual well-being and confidence, having lived a life of obedience to Him]. 15 And consider the patience of our Lord [His delay in judging and avenging wrongs] as salvation [that is, allowing time for more to be saved]; just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given to him [by God], 16 speaking about these things as he does in all of his letters. In which there are some things that are difficult to understand, which the untaught and unstable [who have fallen into error] twist and misinterpret, just as they do the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction. 17 Therefore, [let me warn you] beloved, knowing these things beforehand, be on your guard so that you are not carried away by the error of [c]unprincipled men [who distort doctrine] and fall from your own steadfastness [of mind, knowledge, truth, and faith], 18 but grow [spiritually mature] in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory (honor, majesty, splendor), both now and to the day of eternity. Amen

    Cons:

    • Relatively simple… almost too much to the point where it lacks in specific and vital accounting elemental areas
    • Does not support assets management, compliance management, partnership accounting, or purchasing and receiving
    • Not readily available in any other country except the United States
    • Does not support multi-currency features (which I personally believe is essential for non-profits and churches who receive donations on a worldwide basis)
    • Runs on PayPal integration only
    • Cannot export into Excel (only PDF)

I also like QuickBooks, this is my second choice.

    2) QUICKBOOK ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE: SUGGESTED FOR SMALL INDUSTRIES

QuickBooks don’t have fund accounting(Fund accounting is a system of accounting widely used in non-business entities, such as nonprofits, government agencies, churches, hospitals and colleges and universities. Fund accounting differs from traditional business accounting, which focuses on identifying how successful an entity has been at creating profits).

    Pros:

    • Highly Popular: it was voted the most widespread accounting software program package in 2010.

    Features include:

    • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Payroll
    • Inventory and invoice
    • Checks/credit processing features
    • Provides direct online access so you can network with others to get any questions or complications addressed immediately
    • Quite low cost $199.95 for the desktop version.
    • Free trial period.

    Cons:

    • Specifically designed for small businesses, which could be a “pro” for some and a “con” for others depending on what is needed for your company
    • Caters to companies with very limited accounting needs, and therefore, doesn’t offer many accounting processes used by professionals
    • Has had several problems with online security: if you use the online version of QuickBooks (which most people do) you run the risk of exposing important financial information to internet hackers and the general public
    • Limited in the number of products you can list for inventory purposes.

    FREEAGENT ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE-

    Pros:

    • Cheap depending on your business needs ($24 per month… so $288 a year, if my calculations are correct)
    • Famous for its incredible invoice templates
    • Shows your real-time profit position and it automatically updates your accounts.
    • Cloud-based, so there is no software to download or install

Features include, but are not limited to:

    • Estimates and proposals
    • Invoice templates
    • Simple payroll and automatic back feeds
    • Tax timelines (you’ll never miss a deadline again!)
    • Self-assessment tax return filing
    • Unlimited users and transactions
    • Support accountants are available to answer any questions
    • First 30 days are free!

    Cons:

    • Online help, known as “My Business Works Support” has been known to be rather unhelpful and excessively rude
    • Tends to receive “bugs” or “glitches” that often take time to repair, if fixable at all
    • Even though this program offers Multiple Currency options, the proper support for this feature is seriously lacking
    • Not very quick with software updates (some have been waiting years for new and desired features).
    • Blessings and GM Apostle Trina, how are you doing on this Triumph Terrific day? Thank you for sharing this Dynamic business tools 🔧 pro's and con's, with us.
