Prophetic insights at the head of the year are very powerful. The new year (Rosh Hashanah), according to the Hebrew calendar, begins this year at sundown. It is the year 5779.

I encourage you to review the following prophetic words for the year. Come into agreement with the words for your life and for the Body. Embrace them. Pray into them. Activate them and watch your life go to a new level of alignment in the Lord to His Kingdom purposes.

2 Chronicles 20:20b NASB, "...Put your trust in the LORD your God and you will be established. Put your trust in His prophets and succeed."

1. God Will Reveal Himself as Creator in 5779

A revelation of God as CREATOR will be released to the Body in this next season. There have been many revelations of God as Savior, Healer, Baptizer in the Holy Spirit, Deliverer and Provider, but the very little emphasis has been given to God as Creator. The very first revelation of God in the Scriptures was God as Creator.

For those who embrace this revelation, there will be many who will work creative miracles on His behalf, especially in the area of physical miracles (i.e. body parts and organs being created) and great anointing will be released for wealth creation.

Genesis 1:1 NASB, "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth."

Romans 4:17b NASB, "...even God, who gives life to the dead and calls into being that which does not exist."

Deuteronomy 8:18, "But you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who is giving you the power to make wealth, that He may confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day."

2. It's Time to Birth – Multiple Births

In this season, there will be many who give birth to callings, dreams and destiny purposes. Some have waited for many years, but suddenly they will find themselves ready to birth. Some will give birth to many new things at once in this season and will have the grace to steward following.

Genesis 1:28, "...Be fruitful and multiply..."

3. Increased Harvest of Souls Worldwide

John 4:35 NKJV, "Do you not say, 'There are still four months and then comes the harvest'? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!"

I see a golden sickle in the hands of God's people. This is a symbol of harvest. This season will bring forth a great harvest, but it is only the beginning of a large wave of the harvest that will be reaped for the glory of God over the next few years. There will be a uniting of forces to bring in the harvest. Leaders who were once at odds with one another and denominations that were resistant to each other will find themselves laboring in the same field in a spirit of unity.

Cyber evangelism and discipleship will grow through the use of social media to reach the lost in this season. Crusades will swell in many regions in the earth and hundreds of thousands and even millions will gather together in diverse places. Many miracles, signs, and wonders will draw multitudes, and many will come to Christ in one sweep of the sickle.

Church plants will be multiplied exponentially in this season to bring souls to Christ and to disciple the new Believers.

4. The supernatural power of God will escalate through His people.

This year there will be an emergence of fresh hunger for the supernatural and a deep conviction to confirm the Word with signs following.

1 Corinthians 1:18 NASB, "For the word of the Cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God."

1 Corinthians 2:4-5 NASB, "...and my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power, so that your faith would not rest on the wisdom of men but on the power of God."

5. Witchcraft will Be Exposed and Overcome

New levels of witchcraft will war against the Church, but God will raise up His standard against these powers and overcome them. The Body will be granted increased discernment, power, and skill over witchcraft. Hidden agendas of the enemy will be brought into the light. New books and teachings will emerge.

Exodus 7:8-12 NKJV, "Then the LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying, 'When Pharaoh speaks to you, saying, "Show a miracle for yourselves," then you shall say to Aaron, "Take your rod and cast it before Pharaoh, and let it become a serpent."' So Moses and Aaron went into Pharaoh, and they did so, just as the LORD commanded. And Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh and before his servants, and it became a serpent. But Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers; so the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments. For every man threw down his rod, and they became serpents. But Aaron’s rod swallowed up their rods."

Luke 10:19 NKJV, "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you."

6. Watch and Pray

Believers will be called to intense seasons of intercession, watching, and fasting. The gift of tongues, in particular, will be an emphasis. Through the posture of watching, fasting, and prayer, there will be a fresh revelation given regarding the Kingdom – His power and His glory. Believers will be cleansed, consecrated and empowered.

Matthew 26:36-41 NKJV, "Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and said to the disciples, 'Sit here while I go and pray over there.' And He took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and He began to be sorrowful and deeply distressed. Then He said to them, 'My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch with Me.' He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, 'O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.' Then He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, 'What! Could you not watch with Me one hour?' Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak."

7. Hidden Treasures of Darkness will Be Revealed

Many Believers who have gone through a difficult, challenging and dark season will have a breakthrough and will receive "the treasures of the darkness" they passed through. When they come through the hard season, they will be like those who will dream and will be brought into an operation of greater authority in the spirit.

Isaiah 45:3 NKJV, "I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the LORD, who call you by your name, am the God of Israel."

Psalm 126:1 NKJV, "When the LORD brought back the captivity of Zion, we were like those who dream."

8. A Call to the Secret Place

Jesus is calling His Church into the secret place – the place that is free from all distraction. A place where our eyes and attention are only on Him. In the secret place, Jesus will groom His Bride. The outward manifestations of what is revealed in the secret place will astound many as a level of wisdom and revelation that is beyond what has been seen in Church history up to this time will come forth.

Song of Songs 2:14 TPT, "For you are my dove, hidden in the split-open rock. It was I who took you and hid you up high in the secret stairway of the sky. Let me see your radiant face and hear your sweet voice. How beautiful your eyes of worship and lovely your voice in prayer."

Matthew 6:6 NKJV, "But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly."

9. Voice Activation of the Kingdom

In this year, Believers will learn to hear, see and speak. They will hear and see what the Spirit is saying and release decrees through their voice that will carry powerful Kingdom authority. The emphasis on decrees of the Word will increase this year and many Believers will be greatly skilled in voice activating Kingdom manifestations.

Job 22:28 NASB, "You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you, and light will shine on your ways."

Esther 8:8b, "...a decree which is written in the name of the king and sealed with the king's signet ring may not be revoked."

Romans 10:10 NASB, "For with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation."
