Ephesians 4:9-15

New International Version (NIV)

9 (What does “he ascended” mean except that he also descended to the lower, earthly regions[a]?10 He who descended is the very one who ascended higher than all the heavens, in order to fill the whole universe.) 11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature,attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming.15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.

For every believer that believes and helps gets a gift of grace. God will increase our gifts as long as we are on this earth and we grow just to glorify God. We shall never come to the full measure until we reach heaven but while on earth we shall use our gifts to the glory of God.

Jesus descended below and took the keys so that as he ascended that we would have the power and authority over the enemy. That we may be equipped to service the kingdom and enlarge it without being influenced by every wind and doctrine. We shall grow in love and in the maturity of him. We must come together as a body with one accord and functioning as he has instructed.

He ascended means: that he ascended and went back up to heaven. He descended means: that he went down into the pit of hell and preached to the captives. Everything that Christ did was for the benefit of the believer, the fivefold ministry is the greatest benefit other than salvation that the body of Christ could ever receive, because it teaches us how to move in the power of the apostolic anointing.

Christ return back from heaven after his resurrection , we have God our Father who is over us and in us all, Christ has given us special abilities and he gave generous gifts to men. He filled everything from the very lowest to the very highest so that we can all be equipped to do better work for him for building and maturing our gifts ,that way we will no longer be like children changing our minds , and that way the old life will become new as what we are doing in this school of prophets walking in our purpose within the five-fold-ministry...Jesus is LORD ! thank you
