- It is time for a new exercise schedule Ex-Cer-Size-me(just like exorcism) which is true freedom and casting out habits, spirits, forces, curses, and the past by an oath. Just like working out for our health requires physical activity, is the same way social, spiritual, and emotional health requires the same energy, power, and commitment. In order for us to have healthy relationships, and understand our character is to LET GO(Free yourself) from the false identity(masks, costumes, mirages, and false advertising). Most of the time, the main relationship we destroy are with two people. Can you guess who those two individuals are? The Trinity(God) and yourself. In order to have any healthy relationship, with others, you must love yourself limitless the way God loves you.
- You ask yourself questions, over and over. How do I love myself, I do not like my life, I do not like the way I look, I do not like my house, my body, I do not like my past, and so forth? Well, that is the exact reason you love yourself the more because God has chosen you, and love you.
- Acknowledge every good thing inside of you. We have to stop always being so hard on ourselves, stop being our own worst critic. Stop bullying ourselves, if they can make a crime for cyberbullying, they need to make a self-bullying crime too. The worst bully every invented is a person who abuses themselves. Now many saints, Christians, and believers are the first ones, to say I am not bullying myself. Great, good for you, if that is the case then you need to teach, preach, and do seminar’s to help other people. Our own worst enemy is our(in-a-me). Because if you are thinking anything negative in your mind, heart, soul, and spirit concerning your life you are bullying yourself, and coming from everything God has for your life. This damages, your relationship with God, and yourself because God loves you, so much, and he has a great plan for your life.
- Why do you think the bible states, whatever a person thinks, it is who they are? (Prov 23:7). I have been hearing many people stating for 13 years, church people are so mean, evil, petty, messy, drama, gossipers and much more. Well, the reason for that is because they were never taught, how to have the greatest relationship in life(Themselves).
- We are taught to suck it up, move on, pray, fast, worship, hang in there, and read the word. However, many leaders, that preach the word, really do not understand what God is truly saying to them, about being truly happy-or-loving themselves. This is how leaders are depressed, suicidal, have addictions, insecure, rejected, feeling all alone, hurt, identity crisis, and much more.
- 1 John 4:19-20 New Living Translation (NLT)-We love each other[a] because he loved us first. If someone says, “I love God,” but hates a fellow believer, that person is a liar; for if we don’t love people we can see, how can we love God, whom we cannot see?
- I know a lot of us is wondering what is the cause of all of this? Why is this continue to happen to me? What is going on, and why is it so hard to let go of my past?

- Do not replay the memory, press rewind, or pause your past? I want you from this moment on to press the skip, fast-forward, and push the scene selections(just like on a DVD-and Blue-ray player). We can push whatever part of your life great you want to see and visualize. From this second, and moment on, let go the movie, and the picture of your past failures, mistakes, things that happen in your childhood, and other events from the past. The only reason the no-names(devil and spirits) is still showing us our past, is because he is running low on a manuscript, he is running low on a screenplay, and he has run low on material to use, against us. When we allow him to show us a movie, and we purchase and buy the ticket for the screen showing, all of our joy leave, and then we take on an EGO. I know a lot of us is saying EGO, oh no you are not talking about me.
- I do not have an ego, I know you are not talking about me. Yes, we all have this ego, when we allow negative energy, thoughts, sayings, actions, spirits, and forces to work with us. EGO(Eliminate God Out). Yes, every single time we allow our happiness to leave, with emotions, and negative feelings. It destroys our relationship characteristics, and we eliminate God completely because he is not a part of this negative environment.
- When we allow ourselves to speak negatively about ourselves, leaders, sisters, brothers, or anyone we love or respect. We have to take on this EGO, which 86 God completely.
- Jesus stated it best: Matthew 15:7-20 New Living Translation-You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you, for he wrote, ‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship is a farce, for they teach man-made ideas as commands from God.’ Then Jesus called to the crowd to come and hear. “Listen,” he said, “and try to understand. It’s not what goes into your mouth that defiles you; you are defiled by the words that come out of your mouth.” Then the disciples came to him and asked, “Do you realize you offended the Pharisees by what you just said?”Jesus replied, “Every plant not planted by my heavenly Father will be uprooted, so ignore them. They are blind guides leading the blind, and if one blind person guides another, they will both fall into a ditch.”Then Peter said to Jesus, “Explain to us the parable that says people aren’t defiled by what they eat.”“Don’t you understand yet?” Jesus asked. “Anything you eat passes through the stomach and then goes into the sewer. But the words you speak come from the heart—that’s what defiles you. For from the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, all sexual immorality, theft, lying, and slander. These are what defile you. Eating with unwashed hands will never defile you.”
- This is how we have to understand, that our mind, heart, soul, spirit, and mouths, are all connected. We have to watch, what we think, speak, and do. We can cancel and cast out all our thoughts if we walk with renewal psychology. When we have negative thoughts, we can cast down all vein imaginations, and then we can re-transfer our minds back to God.
- 2 Corinthians 10:5 21st Century King James Version- casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.

Amen on today we have all been Propelled into our Freedom in Christ Jesus on today. My God watch what you say, do and think. Erase anything negative out of your mind, body, heart, soul and spirit! My God.
Amennn. I read this in the book n when i did i was stuck for a moment n this time reading was no different
Amen great reading but the Word of God also says 'love your neighbor as you love yourself." So if you do love yourself, if you can not find any worth in yourself then you will do the same to other's. Whomever you come in contact with you will be free to love them because you have put yourself in bondage with rejection, hatred, anger and many other ungodly thoughts.
