Blessings fully understanding how important self care is. To me it was a little important in the past but this year I see clearly it’s bigger than that self care is vital and it’s all about loving on yourself and having that blessed one on one with Yah learning you spending time with yourself getting that understanding of one self. I’m not in any rush to get to know myself I desire to take my time so I won’t ever again be neglecting this beautiful women I am today! I’m doing more pampering on myself this year as well it’s vital I’m telling you. I share this to encourage you all to do the same take that time to provide for you.
