  •  Blessings we can relate to this. Even though mines was more verbal then physical. Verbal sticks with you the most causs its like you have a playback going on back to back reminding of what you went through and there is no sugar coating it. Their is nothing but time to heal..We thank God for this brave women coming forth. Because alot of people are not brave enough to do that. It takes time and healing to get where she is today it dont happen over night or when others want. Like she said in order to heal you have to do the work the homework. It wont do itself and you have to make time for it every week. For me im still in the proccess of healing for me. I use to have the scene play back in my mind of things that was said all of this happened while he was drunk. Then he will go back to being the good guy i met sober. So it was a awkward time for to understand how come this is him then from now. So things changed alot when he began to work on hisself for our kids and himself. But what i didnt see was how i havent really fully started to do the work on myself my homework on being mentally free. Started but didnt keep going and didnt see how easy it was to forget myself. So i agree in order to heal you must fully do the work then and only then will you become stronger wiser and cautious on how someone else treats you because now you looking at them like no thats not how i treat myself or talk to myself. That person. No longer exist that person who would allow things she had no business. She is gone then and only then did the real you stand up for you. Powerful video awesome.
