The poverty mindset of many Christians is very alarming. The lack of business acumen is perhaps even more troubling. I have and continue to work with people in the area of finances ranging from personal financial planning, tax preparation, investing and business startups. Here's what I've found among many religious people. They .....
1) Have no financial plan
2) No budget
3) Poor Credit rating
4) In tremendous debt
5) Have filed bankruptcy for ridiculous reasons.
6) Have only one income stream
7) Don't owe a single business
8) Can't read a basic financial statement
9) Has no retirement plan
10) Pays excessive amounts of income tax by not taking advantage of the laws.

Saints, God has given you the power to obtain wealth. There is nothing wrong with wealth. There's nothing spiritual about being in lack. The key is understanding it from a Kingdom mindset whereby His covenant is established in your life and in those areas He sends you. All these people that complain about the wealthy, typically work everyday to increase in some capacity themselves. It's wealthy people and families that have invested (sown) and risked everything they had into businesses and ideas. Some succeeded, some failed. Those that were successful bring jobs to Americans. Big Government does not create jobs. The private sector does that.

I believe many of you are the future business owners and wealthy entrepreneurs that we need in he Kingdom. But you can never be that unless your mind shifts from how you view wealth. Remember, "as a man thinks, so is he." Renew your mind in the area of money, wealth and prosperity.

  • This is so true, as we work and interact with different people, they have no idea of a budget, financial plan if any kind, no sense of the knowledge of how significant it is to budget and to create a plan. Thank God for this.

  • I agree with this reading but there are a lot of people who need healing and delieverance mentally, that stops them from moving forward...

  • Amen. God does not want us to be lacking in our lives and we want the blessings of God upon us. We all ways say we are the heirs to Abraham's Kingdom.I wonder if some of us really know what that means.

  • Amen, this is good teaching, the struggle is over if we apply ourselves and follow the guidelines set before us.  It's tough living from pay check to pay check and still don't have enough....It's time for a mindset changed as you stated above and I plan on doing exactly that!

  • Amen i shifted mines already but doing so further more amen
